How long are the Digital Resume and DBC plans?

The plans are annual, this is so that you can always have your Digital Resume online and share it as many times as you want.

What happens if I need to make changes in my DR or DBC?

You will be able to make content and information changes only as many times as you need during the first year. Just send us an email to customerservice@virtualsoftwarefactory.com indicating the required changes and we will make them within 24 to 48 hrs. After the first year it is necessary to pay the annual renewal of the service.

I need to make urgent changes in my DR or DBC.

All urgent changes have a cost of $30 USD. And we can have them to you in a period of 4 to 6 hours once the payment is confirmed.

For each urgent change the cost must be covered, therefore we recommend that if you have an urgent change, collect all the information you want to modify and provide it to us.

How long can I make changes free of charge?

During the first year after you purchase your DR, you will be able to make all the content/information changes you require in your DR.

What types of changes can I make to my DR?

All changes related to content and images (free format) can be made during the first year at no cost. Design or layout changes or any type of integration do not apply.

What do I need to do if I want to change the design of my CDM?

If you want to change the complete design of your CDM we recommend that you purchase a new CDM since changes and modifications in this type of development are easier and faster if done from scratch.

I need to add more sections to my CDM.

If you want to add independent sections to your main page, we recommend you to think about a complete Web page to cover the sections you require.

On the other hand, if you only need to add one more section to your main page, just tell us at customerservice@virtualsoftwarefactory.com where and how you need it and we will add it free of charge within 48 to 72 hrs. 

I need to add more information to my CDM.

The only thing you need to do is to provide us with the information you need to complement, tell us at customerservice@virtualsoftwarefactory.com where you want it and we will add it within 48 to 72 hours at no cost during the first year.

My first year is over, What do I have to do?

You don't have to do anything, your CDM will remain in the cloud forever.

If you want to make changes to your CDM and your free year is over, we recommend that you pay for the annual renewal so you can continue to manage and make any changes you need for another year. 

What happens if I want to cancel my DR?

In case you need to cancel it, you only have to write us at customerservice@virtualsoftwarefactory.com indicating that you want to cancel it and we will do it within 48 to 72 hrs and it will no longer appear on the Web or in your DBC.

Your DR will be stored in our server for 3 more months, in case you want to put it back in the cloud for the rest of the time left in the paid year.

If you want to put your DR back in the cloud within these 3 months, we will upload it to the cloud again, free of charge. Please note, but you only have 3 months! 

What happens if I don't do anything to my DR for more than a year?

No problem, your DR will remain online for 3 months after you no longer pay for a renewal. But, we recommend that you make even small changes to your DR, as this will indicate that your DR is active, and updated and search engines will take you into account.

In addition, those interested in your RD will verify that your work activity is active and will be more attractive.

Updates will be constantly generated on the platform, so we recommend that you monitor your DR from time to time.

Can I migrate my CDM to another server, or my own or a different domain?

Of course, you can, we will transfer all the files of your CDM in a ZIP file so you can migrate them to wherever you need and at that moment, we will remove it. Note, there is no reimbursement for the service or for the development.

How can I use my Digital Business Card or DBC?

It's very simple, you just have to provide the QR code or short link to whoever you want to share your DBC so they can scan it and view it.

How many changes can I make to my TPD?

You can make any changes you want during your first year, only in content, information, buttons, links or images.

What can I put in my TPD?

As in any business card, you can put your full name, phone numbers, email accounts, work or office address, but a great advantage of having a DBC you can also put links to any social network, links to download files, links to make online payments among many other things.

Can you enter my CDM from my TPD?

Of course, through a link or button it is possible to get to your DR.

What kind of downloadable files can I put in my TPD?

You can put any kind of documents in PDF, word, excel, power point, images or ZIP files. We recommend PDF for security and integrity of the file and information. To change or ingest the file, you only have to provide us with the files and we will make the configuration in your TPD.

Can I share the QR code?

Sure, your QR code is proprietary and non-transferable information and is very secure. So you can share your code with whoever you want.

Is the short link the same as the QR code?

Yes, it is the same, since you can access your TPD with either one.
This short link can also be shared anywhere you want.

Can I change the functionality of my TPD?

No, the functionality is designed only for your TPD, if you require another type of functionality or QR, we can help you to design a new one.
